150 lbs Why did you get started with your fitness journey?
For me, fitness started at a very young age. This was when I started lifting weights for football. Sports were always a huge part of my life so when I realized they were over, I had to fill the void. Watching various people around me compete as well as people on YouTube, I completely fell in love with the fitness lifestyle. This was when I knew it was something I was going to do. I’ve been lifting weights consistently for about 4 1/2 years. A year ago I competed in my first natural men’s physique competition. It was one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life, but it was definitely the most rewarding. I can honestly say that very few things have felt as good as walking across that stage knowing that I gave it my all. I ended up placing first in all four classes that I completed in. This included the overall title and won my ANBF Men’s Physique Pro card. This fueled my passion for fitness even more.
What is your ultimate goal with fitness?
My ultimate goal with fitness is to become the best version of myself both physically and mentally. I would also love to compete on the Arnold stage one day.
What is your current training program?
My current training split consists of;
Sunday- Active Rest
Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Back/Biceps
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Chest
Saturday - Back
I start every workout with a heavy compound movement then shift the rest of my workout towards hypertrophy training.
What does your diet consist of?
My diet changes depending if I'm on prep or not but I always follow a flexible dieting lifestyle. My current macros are sitting around 80g Fats, 380g Carbs, 200g Protein as I'm trying to build muscle. During prep these macros are decreased. I try to eat as healthy as possible during the week and always allow myself a cheat meal every weekend.

Advise to people starting out with fitness
My advise to people starting out with fitness is to not get discouraged. Be consistent and patient and the results will come.
