WHAT GOT YOU INTO FITNESS?

I got tired of being weak, skinny, and having no curves so that’s when I decided it’s time to build the body that I want and become stronger!

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION?

My dad is my inspiration. Unfortunately, he passed away back in 2016 due to health issues, but it has only pushed me to take care of myself and motivated me to go after my goals. He was a very successful man at his job and it showed me if he can do it, so can I. Anything is achievable as long as you put in the work and don’t give up!

WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?

Stay healthy, stay in shape, become an IFBB bikini pro, and one day become Miss Bikini Olympia! Shoot for the stars!

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EVL SUPPLEMENTS?

ENGN, PUMPMODE, BCAA ENERGY, ISOLATE PROTEIN POWDER, FOCUSMODE

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?

Shoulders and quads are my favorite to hit BUT dumbbell shoulder press, lat pulldowns, barbell squats, hip thrusts, leg press, and dumbbell lunges

WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT?
Becoming a Natural Figure professional in the WNBF & SNBF federations and winning a pro show!
WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING?
Not giving up on my long term goals, I am very passionate about bodybuilding and competing.
WHAT'S YOUR GO TO CHEAT MEAL?
Burger and fries! But for dessert I would say some thick chocolate chip cookies or brownies! :P
